1. Who we are
Хоум Офис Клийн ООД ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for all personal data collected through this website. For privacy questions: hi@homeofficeclean.com or +359 878 868 786.
2. What we collect
Through the contact form: your name (optional), phone number, email address, short message, and marketing consent. When you visit the site we may also collect: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, traffic source (e.g. an ad click). These are collected only if you accept marketing cookies.
3. Why we collect it
• To respond to your enquiry with a quote. • To send marketing emails if you ticked the corresponding consent. • To measure ad-campaign effectiveness (only with your consent). • To meet legal obligations (accounting, responding to competent authorities).
4. Legal basis
• Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to handle your enquiry. • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for marketing emails and marketing/analytics cookies. • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to protect the form against spam and abuse.
5. Retention period
Contact-form enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from submission. Marketing-list emails are kept until you withdraw consent. Accounting data is kept as required by applicable law (typically 10 years).
6. Who we share data with
• Web3Forms (USA) — processes form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Protected with TLS. • hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, USA) — protects the form from spam and abuse. Their policy: hcaptcha.com/privacy. • Google (USA) — Google Ads and (when enabled) Google Analytics for measuring ad-campaign effectiveness, only with your consent. • Hosting and email providers — for storing and delivering submitted enquiries. We do not sell data to third parties.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: • request access to data we hold about you • request correction or deletion • restrict processing • object to processing • withdraw any consent at any time • lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Data Protection Commission (kzld.bg) To exercise these rights, email hi@homeofficeclean.com.
8. Security
Data is transmitted only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to submissions is limited to people engaged in customer service. We keep only the data needed to deliver the service.
